- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools, equipment, and workstations in compliance with health regulations.
- Upsell retail products such as shampoos, conditioners, styling tools, and treatments to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
- Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, greeting clients,
and handling payments.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends and techniques through ongoing education and training.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hair styling or cosmetology preferred; relevant certifications or licenses required.
