We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Call Taker to join our team. As a Call Taker, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with various administrative tasks. This is a vital role in our organization as you will be the first point of contact for our customers.

Duties:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Gather and document accurate information from callers
- Enter data into the system accurately and efficiently
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning,



and organizing documents
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with shipping, receiving, and supply chain processes is a plus
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
