UE SYSTEMS

Calgary

At UE Systems we believe that every person regardless of their industry, company size, experience and budget should have the tools and support to help their facilities operate more efficiently, reliably, and safer. Since 1973 we’ve helped thousands of customers across the world prevent equipment failures, identify energy losses, and return home safe to their families and we are just getting started. Join us as we continue to grow to support our mission in the relentless pursuit of customer excellence.

Business Systems

Lead , you will own and optimize the core operational systems—starting with Acumatica and ShipStation—that support how UE Systems delivers for its customers. You’ll serve as the go‑to expert for system configuration, process design, data integrity, and cross‑functional workflow enablement.

Your mission is to reduce friction, increase visibility, and ensure our tools scale as fast as our business does. Own the configuration, performance, and continuous improvement of Acumatica, ShipStation, and other business‑critical platforms. Partner with Supply Chain, Repair and QA to translate business needs into clear, scalable workflows.

Design and document repeatable processes that increase execution speed, data integrity, and cross‑functional alignment. Identify and resolve system bottlenecks, workflow friction, and data quality issues before they impact business outcomes. Lead user onboarding and training for internal teams to drive adoption and confidence in the systems they rely on.

Collaborate with Business Operations and Product teams to ensure systems are aligned with current and future business needs. Help prepare the business to handle increased demand and complexity as we scale—without adding unnecessary overhead. You are a systems thinker who thrives on clarity and continuous improvement.

You lead through influence, not authority—gathering requirements, building consensus, and then driving change through action and accountability. Whether it’s bad data, poor process, or unclear ownership,

you surface the issue and solve it collaboratively. You operate with discipline and care, knowing the tools you manage are relied on every day to deliver for our customers.

You treat users like internal customers—focusing on how to make their lives easier, faster, and more reliable through great systems. Configure and enhance Acumatica, ShipStation, and other business platforms to reduce friction, improve efficiency, and scale with growth. Connect business‑critical tools (ERP, shipping, CRM, etc.) to create a seamless flow of data and action.

Data Integrity: Maintain clean, reliable, and trusted data across our business systems—especially part numbers, vendors, inventory, and customer records.

User Training: Deliver documentation, onboarding, and support that empowers employees to use systems confidently and correctly.

Experience in ERP implementation, migration, or integration projects. Hands‑on experience with system configuration, user training, and support. Proven track record managing data integrity within a business system (e.g., BoMs, vendors, inventory, transactions). Diploma or degree in Business Systems, Operations, IT, or related field.

Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or service‑oriented business. We have the typical benefits you would expect like dental, vision, and health insurance, paid time off and retirement contributions but your main interest should be to join a family as we are in the process of radically transforming our business in a way that will redefine our company and our place in the market, making this one of the most exciting times in UE Systems history. There is more chance than ever before for our people as we expand our business to become a world‑class purpose‑driven, digitally‑led ultrasound solution provider and we need your help to achieve this.
