We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Toddler Staff to join our team in providing a nurturing and supportive environment for young children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering the development of toddlers through engaging activities and individualized care. This role involves working closely with children, their families, and other staff members to create a positive learning atmosphere.
Duties
- Supervise and engage with toddlers in a safe and stimulating environment.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development.
- Provide individualized attention to children, ensuring their needs are met.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's growth and development.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom setting.
- Observe and document children's progress, behaviors, and any concerns.
- Assist in managing classroom dynamics, including addressing behavioral issues with patience and understanding.
Experience
- Previous classroom experience is preferred, particularly in early childhood education settings.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.
- A background in teaching or caregiving for children is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with developmental milestones for toddlers is beneficial.
