The Senior

Manager, Engineering AI/ML will lead the Treasury-wide AI/ML agenda, driving strategy, prioritization, and delivery of AI/ML solutions across Asset Liability Management (ALM), Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), Liquidity, and Capital functions. This role will oversee the development of production‑grade AI/ML models and systems, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, governance, and business objectives.

Manager will collaborate with Treasury teams, the Enterprise AI/ML Center of Excellence (CoE), and external vendors to deliver measurable business outcomes. AI/ML Strategy & Roadmap Define and maintain the Treasury AI/ML strategy and roadmap, prioritizing use cases based on business impact and feasibility. Establish and manage an intake and triage process for AI/ML initiatives, ensuring alignment with Treasury priorities.

Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI/ML adoption and innovation. AI/ML Delivery & Operations Collaborate with teams and/or lead development and deployment of AI/ML models and systems, ensuring production readiness, scalability, and reliability. Define and enforce MLOps standards, including CI/CD pipelines, feature management, testing, and monitoring.

Oversee cross‑functional delivery teams to ensure timely execution of AI/ML initiatives. Collaborate with business leads to define success metrics and track the impact of AI/ML solutions on Treasury processes. Drive user adoption through training, playbooks, and dashboards, ensuring measurable improvements in efficiency and accuracy.

Governance & Risk Management Ensure compliance with enterprise AI principles, model risk governance policies, and regulatory requirements. Maintain comprehensive documentation for model lineage, monitoring, and audit purposes. Participate as leading member of Treasury AI Design Council to align AI/ML initiatives with enterprise governance standards.

Collaborate with external vendors to integrate AI/ML capabilities into Treasury systems.

Treasury AI/ML practices against industry peers to refine strategies and operating models. CUSTOMER Lead / manage a team of Engineers / Technology Specialists and oversee related engineering analysis activities and deliverables Provide overall team leadership, training, coaching, development, succession, recruitment and resource management, and ensures on‑going performance feedback and assessments occur and development plans exist for each team member. Execute introducing engineering tools, methodologies and processes across the enterprise Accountability to understand the current skills and capabilities within their practice, actively working to close gaps that may exist through additional learning, coaching, supports etc.
