Role Description 310T Truck & Coach Technician

C Valley Paving is looking for an experienced 310T Truck & Coach Technician to join our growing fleet maintenance team. We maintain a up-to-date fleet of Peterbilt trucks and construction equipment, and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and keeping equipment operating safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy-duty trucks.
- Perform preventive maintenance and annual safety inspections.
- Troubleshoot engine, electrical, air brake, suspension, steering, and hydraulic systems.
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high safety standards.
- Work closely with the shop team to minimize equipment downtime.
- Complete work orders and maintain accurate repair records.
Qualifications
- Valid 310T Truck & Coach Technician License.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience working on heavy-duty trucks.
- Experience with Peterbilt trucks is considered a strong asset.
- Valid G driver’s license (DZ or AZ is an asset).
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
