Jade Transportation / Harland Veinotte is family owned and operated, we are located in Morrisburg, Ontario. We are a full-service trucking company consisting of two fleets: Jade Transportation (specialized commodities, Canada & lower 48) and Harland Veinotte (local & medium haul). Our facility has in office maintenance, fuel, washbay, training and a fully operational container yard.
Our management staff is friendly and experienced, most of us have our AZ and often drive ourselves, we make it a point to keep in touch with the work.

Responsibilities:
- In this role, you’ll be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing both trucks and trailers.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs on trucks & trailers, including brakes, suspension, and electrical systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential safety hazards or maintenance needs.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance mechanical knowledge and skills.
Qualifications:
- 310T
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
- Understanding of diesel truck systems and components.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Work well with other in a team environment.
- Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 30 kg) and perform physical tasks associated with class 8 truck repair.
