- Key Responsibilities:

- Implement individualized ABA therapy programs as designed by the BCBA.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field (preferred).

- Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays (an asset).

- Robust communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to follow treatment plans and take feedback positively.

- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping children reach their potential.

Work Environment:

- Sessions may take place in the clinic.

- Training and ongoing supervision provided by BCBAs.

- Opportunities for career growth and BCBA/RBA development support

- Collect and record accurate data on client behavior and skill acquisition.

- Assist in developing communication, social, self-help,



and play skills.

- Use positive reinforcement strategies to encourage desired behaviors.

- Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging environment during sessions.

- Communicate progress and observations effectively with supervisors and team members.

- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development.

- Follow ethical and professional guidelines consistent with ABA best practices.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Education

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience

- Therapists & Counsellors: 1 year (preferred)
