Key Responsibilities:
• Produce academic timetables with accurate courses and rooms • Analyze and validate program data for effective scheduling • Coordinate with faculty regarding course section adjustments • Communicate timetable changes to students and staff • Participate in system improvements and software testing
Requirements: • Diploma in IT, Applied Computing, or related field • Two years’ experience in database administration • Proficiency in student information systems (Banner) • Effective communication skills • Robust organizational and problem-solving abilities
