Ensure business development and after‑sales service by establishing business relationships and growth with our network of Consultants, by making them aware of our service offering and by building trust with them.

Ensure the management and retention of a client portfolio.

In collaboration with the Director, Distribution, Group Perks, develop and implement the sales strategy, monitor, and coordinate sales activities with the various teams.

Actively participate in the development and evolution of our service offering with our teams so that it is aligned with the market.

Minimum of 5 years experience in the group insurance industry as an account executive, benefits consultant or underwriter of group insurance plans

Strong listening, service mindset and organizational skills





Available to travel frequently (personal vehicle and driver's license required)
