This role sits at the intersection of accounting and operations, providing a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a complex manufacturing setting. We’re looking for an Accountant, Manufacturing Finance who enjoys solving problems, digging into data, and understanding how financial results connect to real-world operations.

What You’ll Do

- Support full-cycle accounting activities related to manufacturing operations
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and month-end reporting
- Analyze manufacturing variances, inventory, and cost trends
- Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to support informed decision-making
- Assist with inventory accounting, costing, and operational financial analysis
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, process enhancements, and system optimization




- Assist with audits and compliance requirements across Canadian and U.S. operations
- Support ERP and reporting processes, including data validation and analysis

What We’re Looking For

- Post-secondary degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline
- CPA designation completed or actively pursuing is an asset
- Manufacturing and/or CPG industry experience is required
- Solid understanding of inventory, costing, and manufacturing accounting principles
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large data sets
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools

Notes

- Located in: Richmond, BC (4 days a week in office)
- Periodic travel (3-4 trips per year approx.) to Blaine Washington + Sussex Wisconsin
- $80,000-$90,000 base salary + 10% bonus
- Occasional travel to the United States is a requirement of this role. Candidates must hold any required Visa or other valid documentation authorizing business travel to the U.S. Nature's Path may provide employer support where applicable, however, candidates are responsible for meeting all applicable government entry requirements.
