Responsibilities

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections
- Perform data entry and account reconciliation using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, Workday, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, Kronos, UltiPro, and ADP
- Process payroll accurately through systems like ADP, Ceridian, Kronos, or UltiPro while adhering to payroll regulations
- Maintain detailed bookkeeping records and ensure all financial transactions are properly documented
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities and resolve issues promptly
- Assist with budgeting activities by analyzing financial data and preparing reports for management




- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures, including account reconciliation and audit preparation

Qualifications

- Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles with familiarity in various accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, Workday, PeopleSoft, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger management
- Proficiency in data entry, account reconciliation, and financial analysis techniques
- Excellent math skills with attention to detail and accuracy in handling complex financial data
- Ability to adapt quickly to different accounting systems like ADP, Ceridian, Kronos, UltiPro, or Workday
- Knowledge of financial services industry practices is a plus
- Robust organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
