Énergies as part of our Aviation team, based at our Dorval office, for a maternity leave replacement opportunity. As an Accounting Technician, you will play a key role in supporting our administrative and financial operations. You will be involved in the full accounting cycle, aviation fuel inventory management, and accounts receivable activities.
This is an excellent chance to apply your expertise in a specialized and essential sector of our business. This position is offered as a temporary contract for a period of 15 to 18 months, depending on the hiring date.

Your Future Responsibilities As An Accounting
Technician Provide administrative and accounting support for airport operations, including financial transaction processing and customer account monitoring;
Prepare and analyze various operational and financial reports, including profit and loss reports and inventory reconciliations;
Monitor aviation fuel inventories and ensure data accuracy by identifying and resolving discrepancies;
Prepare weekly aviation fuel (Jet Fuel)
pricing and assist with fuel tax reporting requirements;
Contribute to sound financial management by verifying invoices, preparing accounting entries, and following up on customer accounts receivable.

To Succeed As An Accounting
Technician, You Will Need At least 2 years of experience in a similar role;
A DEP, DEC, or other relevant education in Administration, Accounting, or a related field;
Knowledge of Sage 50 accounting software (an asset);
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel;
