Bowery Boost is a women-founded, NYC-based digital growth and creative agency helping mission-driven e-commerce brands scale profitably. We specialize in paid media, performance creative, and analytics for brands across beauty, fashion, wellness, and CPG.

This role is a part of our creative team, led by our Head of Creative Strategy.

You’ll take structured creative briefs from our team, translate them into clear deliverables, and personally contribute to the creation of high-performing ad assets. You’ll also be responsible for ensuring everything you create is sharp, on-brand, and built to perform.

What you’ll do:

- Own the end-to-end creative production process across multiple client accounts
- Translate briefs into concepts, formats, and deliverables
- Design and edit high-performing static (and video) ad creatives
- Build templates, systems, and workflows to scale production

What we’re looking for:

- 3-5+ years of experience in design, with a strong focus on paid social creative
- Experience creating ads for Meta,



TikTok, and other performance channels
- Strong design skills (Photoshop) and preferably video editing skills (Premiere, After Effects)
- A deep understanding of what makes creative perform (hooks, pacing, messaging)
- Ability to work quickly and iterate without over-polishing
- Experience leading or mentoring other designers
- Experience in fashion, beauty, or consumer brands

Nice to have:

- Agency background or experience working with multiple clients
- Familiarity with AI tools for creative production
