We are seeking an Administrative Assistant Receptionist to join our team. You will perform administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities

- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule lessons and events
- Greet and assist onsite parents/guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls/ emails/ texts
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
- Light cleaning responsibilities

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask




- Excellent written and verbal communication skills Robust attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills

Hours:
- The ideal candidate will be required approximately 15 hours a week between the hours of 3:00pm-9:00pm, Monday - Thursday
- 3:30pm-8:00pm Friday
- 8:45 -4:00pm - Saturdays ( rotating)

Job Type: Part-time

- Stocking supplies
- Answering and routing phone calls

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
