About the Role
Join BBA’s Leadership, Change and Culture team and play a central role in strengthening leadership capability, team effectiveness and organizational performance. As an Advisor, Design and Organizational Effectiveness, you’ll combine human-centered design, facilitation skills and organizational effectiveness practices to help leaders and teams navigate complexity, align around priorities and achieve meaningful results.
Responsibilities
- Design leadership development experiences, facilitation guides, and participant tools.
- Facilitate strategic conversations and leadership development and team effectiveness sessions.
- Conduct organizational assessments and organizational and learning diagnostics, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
- Support consulting engagements through experience design, diagnostics and intervention development.
- Advance innovative design approaches, including AI-enabled learning and capability-building solutions.
- Contribute to business development, thought leadership and continuous improvement of advisory methodologies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required in adult education, leadership, business, OD/HR or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in leadership development, organizational effectiveness and/or development, consulting and facilitation.
- Strong systems thinking, organizational diagnosis and facilitation capabilities.
- Experience advising senior leaders and multi-stakeholder groups.
- Strong communication, storytelling, visualization and insight translation skills.
- Advanced English skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients in English-speaking Canadian provinces and internationally; you may need to use English occasionally or daily, depending on current projects.
- Advanced French skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients in Québec.
- Advanced Spanish skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients in South America; you may need to use Spanish occasionally or daily, depending on current projects.
- Asset: experience with coaching, leadership assessments, change management approaches and AI-enabled learning tools.
Benefits and Compensation
- Annual base salary from $113,000 to $159,000.
