We are looking for a senior AI Product Owner / Technical Project Manager with 10+ years of Project/Program Management experience, including 3+ years as an AI Product Owner . The candidate must have experience delivering AI-powered Contact Center solutions , working closely with engineering teams, and driving end-to-end product delivery.

Mandatory Skills:

- 10+ years of Project/Program Management experience.
- 3+ years of experience as an AI Product Owner .
- Experience with AI-powered Contact Center / Customer Service solutions.
- Solid technical knowledge of Python and JavaScript .
- Experience working with engineering teams to define and deliver technical solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Conversational AI, LLMs, and Contact Center Automation.
- Google CCAI, GECX/CES, or Dialogflow experience.
