Salary & Compensation

- Base Pay: $22.00 per hour (increases after full training completed)
- Travel Allowance: $20.00 daily stipend if you use your own vehicle to drive to work

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented full-time Airbnb Cleaner to manage property turnarounds in Golden, BC. You will ensure our vacation rental properties are pristine, fully stocked, and welcoming for incoming guests. Weekend availability is highly preferred, as these are our busiest turnaround days. If you have an eye for detail and enjoy creating a sparkling clean environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

- Full Room Cleaning: Clean all rooms according to our strict unit checklist (kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, entryway).
- Floor & Surface Care: Vacuum and mop floors, thoroughly wipe and disinfect surfaces, and clean mirrors and glass streak-free.
- Linen & Bedding Management: Strip used beds, make fresh beds using supplied linens, and set up fresh bathroom towels.
- Guest Amenities Restocking: Monitor and restock guest consumables (soaps, toilet paper, coffee, etc.) from the on-site supply closet.
- Waste Management: Collect and remove all trash and recycling,



replacing bags in all bins.
- Damage Reporting: Do a quick walkthrough to check for missing items or guest damage and report them immediately.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Schedule: Must be available for full-time hours, with a robust preference for candidates available on weekends.
- Experience: Proven track record in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or short-term rental cleaning.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with the ability to follow a precise checklist.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to travel to property locations around Golden.
- Asset: Access to a personal vehicle is a strong asset (and qualifies you for our daily travel stipend), but is not strictly required.
- Communication: Strong communication skills and a smartphone to receive schedules and send status updates. [1]
