Support Porter Airlines as an Aircraft Operations Training Specialist, focusing on technical training for the DHC-8-400 and ERJ 190-400. This vital role emphasizes high-quality training delivery.
As part of the Technical Operations Training Program, you'll facilitate practical and theoretical training for maintenance personnel. Your responsibilities will include developing course materials, ensuring adherence to regulations, and conducting assessments to improve the line maintenance team's expertise across various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide training for type endorsement on specified aircraft • Develop technical course modules and assessment materials • Maintain accurate training records and support LMS administration • Participate in ongoing technical training development • Uphold safety policies and participate in safety management
Requirements: • College diploma in aircraft maintenance from a recognized institution • Valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineer license required • A minimum of five years in an Approved Maintenance Organization • Robust knowledge of the Canadian Aviation Regulations • Excellent leadership and communication skills
