Corporate Solutions Group has a multiproduct sales mandate that seeks to originate corporate finance and derivatives based risk management solutions for Corporate clients across North America. Our business is centered around the Rates business suite of Interest Rate products while seeking to originate a broader set of transactions across multiple Global Markets product desks.Responsibilities:Financial modelling for derivatives transactionsDevelop and maintain industry and company specific knowledge and stay up-to-date on market developmentsProvide support for Senior MarketersPreparation of customized marketing presentationsTrade pricing and executionWill help team service clients transacting derivatives to hedge financial risk exposuresAid in achieving specified goals in both market and wallet share for the identified client franchiseOriginate and execute meaningful and landmark transactionsIndividuals at this level work to quickly develop their knowledge of the business (e.g., products and services), marketplace, and clientsPartner closely with other key businesses and functions to ensure proper product deployment based on understanding of clientHelp foster an environment of collaboration through interfacing with appropriate internal partners to enhance share of mind with clientsUnderstand and analyze clients' businesses and exposures to provide best suited solutions in full coordination with all relevant business partnersFacilitate optimal discussions with clients with guidance from team leaders or Desk HeadWork in close partnership with control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Audit,



Finance to ensure appropriate governance and control infrastructureBuild a culture of responsible finance, good governance and supervision, expense discipline and ethicsBe familiar with and adhere to Citi's Code of Conduct and the Plan of Supervision for Markets.Key Focus Areas:Interest Rate, Currency, Equity and Credit DerivativesLiquidity and Structured Credit SolutionsMarket trend analysisTax and accounting considerationsCross border financing solutions.Qualifications:Relevant graduate or undergraduate degree (Finance, Business Administration, Math) or at least 2 years of related experience in the capital markets industryExcellent interpersonal skillsExcellent communications skillsAttention to detailUnderstanding of modern Interest Rate Derivatives toolkits, including CVA is considered an assetAbility to originate across a broad suite of Markets transactions relevant to Corporate clientsDerivatives knowledgeStrong quantitative modelling skillsProven ability to execute, design and problem solve in a fast paced and dynamic environmentKnowledge of derivatives accounting, ISDAs, legal, capital rules, as well as credit approval processes are considered assetsSuccessful completion of a CFA,
