Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Analyze real-world application security scenarios across code, APIs, and system behavior
Classify and assess vulnerabilities including authentication flaws, injection risks, access control issues, and business logic bugs
Evaluate secure coding practices and the quality of proposed remediation strategies
Create and validate security-focused reasoning datasets that teach AI how to assess and prioritize application risk accurately
Distinguish genuine exploitability from theoretical or low-impact risk — and explain your reasoning clearly Who You Are 2+ years of hands-on experience in application security, product security, or software security engineering
Solid working knowledge of the OWASP Top 10 and common production vulnerabilities
Able to think like both an attacker and a defender — you know what actually matters in a real environment
Strong written communication skills with the ability to structure and explain security reasoning clearly
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on async, task-based assignments Nice to Have Experience with penetration testing, threat modeling, or secure code review
Familiarity with bug bounty programs or vulnerability disclosure processes
