Stantec seeks a Senior Architect to elevate our GTA team's industrial portfolio. This role requires strong experience in data centers and industrial projects alongside effective project leadership skills. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams while fostering client relationships to enhance performance and growth within Ontario’s industrial sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design of commercial and industrial facilities • Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams effectively • Prepare deliverables for all project phases • Uphold quality and safety standards for Stantec projects • Pursue business development opportunities and client relationships
Requirements: • Degree in Architecture; Registered Architect (OAA preferred) • Minimum 15 years of experience in relevant sectors • Proven project cycle leadership capabilities • Strong understanding of Ontario Building Code • Excellent communication skills for presentations
