The Role: Our All-Star Utility Player We’re looking for true asphalt pros who bring versatility to the job. You’re the ultimate utility player—ready to swing a lute, operate a roller, and read a mat, but also licensed and ready to hop in a tandem dump truck to cycle hot mix when the spread demands it. On the Ground: Shoveling, raking, compacting, and helping lay clean, high-quality mats on commercial and residential sites.
In the Cab: Hot-seating tandem dump trucks to haul hot mix or aggregate base material smoothly between the plant and the job site. Mobile Crews: Running tight, efficient commercial patch and saw-cut jobs. What You Bring Real Asphalt Experience: You know the flow of a paving site, how to handle asphalt tools, and how to lay down quality work. Class 3 or Class 1 License: Valid license with a clean driver's abstract to run our tandem trucks. Positive Attitude: Reliable, hard-working, and ready to collaborate. We leave egos at the door and work as one unit. What We Offer Top Market Pay: $26–$36/hr depending on what you bring to the mat. Maximum Hours: Cross-trained crews stay moving.
