We are seeking dedicated, detail-oriented Electronics Assemblers to join our growing team. You will play a key role in assembling printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic components for high-quality, small-scale electronics manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
Depending on experience, your duties may include:
Entry-Level Assemblers
- Assemble electronic components and circuit boards using hand tools and soldering equipment
- Follow detailed work instructions, schematics, and diagrams
- Inspect work for accuracy and completeness using basic visual inspection techniques
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations and follow safety protocols
- Assist experienced team members with more complex assemblies
- Package and label finished products
Intermediate-Level Assemblers
- Perform hand and machine soldering (through-hole and SMT) with precision
- Conduct functional tests on completed boards using basic testing equipment
- Diagnose and correct common assembly errors
- Train and assist entry-level staff as needed
- Maintain detailed production records and quality checklists
Senior Assemblers
- Lead complex or prototype PCB builds
- Read and interpret advanced blueprints, BOMs, and technical drawings
- Perform rework and repairs to IPC standards
- Provide feedback to engineering or design teams on assembly challenges
- Train and mentor junior staff
- Ensure compliance with ESD, quality, and safety standards across the line
Qualifications and Experience
Required (All Levels):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English
- Comfortable working with small parts and fine tools
- Basic understanding of electronics and components
Preferred by Level: Entry-Level
- 0–1 year of electronics or manufacturing experience (training provided)
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and soldering (a plus)
Intermediate
- 1–5 years of experience in electronics assembly or manufacturing
- Skilled in soldering and working with PCBs
- Understanding of IPC-A-610 standards (preferred)
Senior
- 5+ years’ experience in PCB/electronics assembly
- IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 certification (preferred)
- Experience in prototype, high-mix/low-volume manufacturing environments
- Leadership or team lead experience is an asset
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual, Apprenticeship, Internship / Co-op Pay: $40,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
