Position #: 153796 Expected Start Date: August 31, 2026 Union: HSAS Facility: Prince Albert Community Services City/Town: Prince Albert Department: Head Injury Rehabilitation Specialty Clinic Type: Full-time regular FTE: 1 Number of Hours per Rotation: 112 hours per 3 weeks Relief: No Float: No Hours of Work: Field Hours Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Assessor Coordinator - Degree $36.721 to $44.902 Travel Required: Yes : The Assessor Coordinator - Degree is responsible for the overall direction and case management of services for individuals across all age ranges, within a defined geographical area, who have experienced an acquired brain injury.

The Assessor

Coordinator - Degree reports directly to the manager of the service line responsible for Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) services in their geographical area.

Human Resources Exemption: No Education Undergrad degree in: social work, nursing, physical /cccupational therapy Licenses Valid Class 5 driver's license Other Education and Training Registered/eligible registration with appropriate licensing body if applicable Competencies Advanced - Communication skills Demonstrates responsible decision-making ability through the application of critical thinking Presentation skills Computer skills Time management skills Advanced - High level interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and colleagues Problem solving skills Organizational skills Knowledge and Abilities Ability to work in a multidisciplinary setting.
