Position Overview

As the Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in driving membership growth, supporting club operations, and delivering an exceptional experience for our members. You’ll assist the Club Manager in leading the team, promote the club in the local community, and help create a welcoming, results-driven atmosphere.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys a mix of sales, marketing, and leadership responsibilities.

What You’ll Do:

- Sell Memberships – Use our proven system to inspire potential members to start their fitness journey.
- Marketing & Community Outreach – Promote the club through social media, community events, and creative marketing strategies.
- Lead & Motivate Your Team – Provide guidance, support, and encouragement to trainers and staff to create an inspiring gym environment.
- Enhance Member Experience – Ensure top-notch customer service, cleanliness, and club maintenance to keep members engaged and happy.
- Drive Business Success – Manage financials, track performance metrics, and implement strategies to increase revenue and retention.

Job Details:

- Job Type: Full time (40 hours per week)
- Compensation: Base Salary + Performance Bonus
- Location: Vancouver, BC (Must be able to commute or relocate before starting work)
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Experience: Management experience preferred
- Language: English (required)
- License/Certification: Valid driver’s license (required)
- Shift Availability: Day shift preferred
