Watts Growth Labs is a founder-led growth advisory and media firm backed by Watts Group Ltd. , an AI‑first Canadian consulting and investment group operating multiple verticals across growth, technology, real estate, and community.

We’re early by design and building a focused ecosystem around founders, growth systems, and media . Not everything we’re building is public yet, but the direction is clear: help ambitious founders and up-to-date businesses design and run practical, AI‑enabled Growth OSs that actually work in the real world.

The role

This is a rare role for an ambitious operator who wants to sit next to the founder , see how a modern growth and media ecosystem is built, and have real influence on the systems, content, and plays we ship.

As Founder’s Associate – Growth & Media , you’ll work directly with the founder (Ritesh Watts) to turn strategy and ideas into clear systems, content, and campaigns across Watts Growth Labs and the broader Watts Group ecosystem.

What you’ll do

You will

- Work directly with the founder to design and run our Growth OS across positioning, offers, funnels, and content.
- Turn advisory and strategy work into clear playbooks and systems (SOPs, checklists, templates) that our team and clients can actually use.
- Coordinate with creatives and performance partners to launch sharp landing pages, funnels, and campaigns that are on-message and on-brand.
- Help architect and amplify the Watts Growth Labs and Real with Ritesh media engine – from episode planning and guest research to turning big ideas into clips, carousels, and narratives.
- Use AI-first workflows to accelerate research, drafting, synthesis, and reporting so we move fast without losing quality.
- Track what works, package winning plays into repeatable systems , and help retire what doesn’t.

- You’re comfortable with AI tools and excited to push what they can do.
- You enjoy being close to the founder, switching between strategic conversations and very hands-on execution.
- You care about quality, clarity, and momentum more than looking busy.

Nice to have (not mandatory):
- Experience with content or social media (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, podcasts).
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, ClickUp, Airtable, Google Workspace, Canva, or basic analytics.
- Prior exposure to a startup, agency, consulting firm, or founder’s office .
