Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Associate Software Engineer to join our growing engineering team. This entry-level position is designed for individuals early in their software careers who want to transition theoretical knowledge into practical, production-ready software solutions. You will work within an agile environment, completing well-defined tasks under the direct mentorship of senior engineers while rapidly expanding your coding, debugging, and system design capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
:Code Implementation: Write clean, readable, and maintainable code for core application components under the guidance of experienced team members
.Bug Fixes: Assist in troubleshooting, isolating, and resolving software defects and system performance issues identified in testing or production environments
.Testing & QA: Support quality assurance efforts by writing basic unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability and stability
.Collaborative Learning: Actively participate in sprint ceremonies, technical discussions, and code reviews to receive constructive feedback and accelerate professional growth
.Technical Documentation: Create and update internal documentation regarding system setups, deployment procedures, and code changes .
Qualification s:Education & Experience: University degree,
college diploma in Computer Science or a related technical field, or successful graduation from an intensive software engineering bootcam p.Foundational Coding: Basic, hands-on programming experience with languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, or C
