Join AstraCare Medical & Family Practice in Burnaby as a Physician in a hybrid locum role. Deliver high-quality primary care services to a diverse patient base. The clinic features 9 exam rooms and offers both in-person and virtual appointments using Oscar and Juno EMR systems. Located in the Central Park neighbourhood, the Physician will collaborate with Medical Office Assistants to ensure effective patient management and care continuity. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver comprehensive primary care services
- Conduct virtual and in-person patient appointments
- Partner with Medical Office Assistants for smooth operations
- Maintain continuity of care across patient interactions
- Create and coordinate care plans for long-term patients

Requirements:

- Proficient in English; Mandarin is preferred
- Familiarity with Oscar EMR or related systems
- Flexibility for full time or part-time shifts
- Availability from July 2026 through December 2032
