Responsibilities

- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to company standards
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of staff members, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality and consistency in every dish served
- Manage cash handling procedures, POS systems (such as Micros), and ensure accurate financial transactions
- Uphold food safety regulations and sanitation standards through regular inspections and staff training
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to optimize food handling, inventory management, and order accuracy
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Conduct interviews to recruit talented team members who align with our hospitality values




- Monitor restaurant performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

Requirements

- Proven supervising experience in a food service or restaurant environment with strong team management skills
- Extensive food industry knowledge including food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros or similar platforms for cash handling and order processing
- Background in restaurant management or hospitality leadership roles; hotel or barista experience is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully
- Strong understanding of food handling procedures, kitchen operations, and restaurant experience requirements
- Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
