You'll work closely with manufacturing teams to assess and implement automation tools that optimize labor and improve production. Under the guidance of the EVP Global Strategy & Technical Operations, you'll drive projects that advance Bimeda's operational goals. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead automation implementation projects from inquiry to operational integration
- Create scalable standards for automation across manufacturing networks




- Evaluate and manage local and international automation vendors
- Provide technical direction for systems integration and technology enhancements
- Promote a safety-first culture with regard to system compliance

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering disciplines; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years leading automation in regulated industries
- Proven success in multiple site automation implementations
- Expertise in robotics, control systems, and regulatory standards
