Duties

- Perform oil changes, fluid replacements, and filter replacements efficiently and accurately
- Conduct basic vehicle inspections to identify potential issues and communicate findings to the service team
- Use hand tools and power tools safely to complete maintenance tasks according to manufacturer specifications
- Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks such as tire rotations, brake inspections, and light repairs
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all tools are properly stored after use




- Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and answering basic questions about vehicle care
- Support the dealership’s sales efforts by recommending additional maintenance services when appropriate

Qualifications

- Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in automotive systems and maintenance procedures
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
- Basic understanding of automotive repair processes and safety protocols
- Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the automotive industry
