Key Responsibilities

- Ignite the Team: Coach, inspire, and drive our sales consultants daily to crush volume and gross profit goals.

- Desk and Close: Take active control of the showroom floor, desking deals and closing.

- Maximize Profit: Manage daily sales operations, optimize inventory flow, and track KPIs to keep our pipeline moving.

- Champion the Customer: Keep our CSI scores at the top of the charts by ensuring an unforgettable guest experience.

- Synergize Departments: Team up closely with F&I;, service, and marketing to build a seamless, high-velocity operation.

- Stay Compliant: Maintain absolute integrity by ensuring all sales align with dealership policies and Alberta regulations.

What You Bring

- Automotive Grit: Minimum 3 years of frontline automotive sales experience, with a proven track record of winning.

- Leadership Fire:



Previous dealership management experience is highly preferred; you must know how to command a floor.

- Deal-Closing Muscle: Elite communication and negotiation skills with a passion for desking profitable deals.

- Tech Savvy: Strong command of automotive CRM systems and up-to-date digital sales processes.

- Total Commitment: Flexibility to work evenings, Saturdays to support the team.

- Credentials: Valid driver’s license with a clean, acceptable driving record.
