As a sales consultant, you will have access to the most extensive, high-paying new domestic and all-brand pre-owned inventory levels in the region, and join an established dealer group with 5 store-fronts. Duties
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their budget and requirements
- Conduct test drives with customers to showcase the features and performance of different vehicles
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to ensure a fair and satisfactory sales transaction
- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, current promotions, and dealership policies
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom workplace
Requirements:
- Previous experience in car sales
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Retail sales and hospitality experience is beneficial
- Knowledge of phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to upsell additional products or services
