We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Automotive Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive repair and maintenance services. Your expertise in automotive, heavy truck and trailer knowledge and exceptional customer service skills will help ensure a seamless experience for our clients while driving sales and upselling services.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their automotive service needs.
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance, ensuring transparency in pricing.
- Upsell additional services based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service recommendations, and transactions.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to dealership policies.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Stay updated on automotive repair trends,



and recent products.

Skills

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Experience in upselling services and products within an automotive setting.
- Knowledge of automotive and heavy truck repair processes and mechanical systems.
- Previous experience working in a automotive environment is preferred.
- Proficient in cash handling and managing financial transactions accurately.
- Excellent sales skills with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.
- A background as a mechanic or technical knowledge of vehicles is advantageous.
