We are currently searching for the right person to complement our organization as Service Advisor.
The Service Advisor is the vital link between our valued customers and the rest of our organization. You will be responsible for building long term relationships and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, while being compensated for your efforts.

Job Details Overview

-Schedule service appointments and receive vehicle information.
-Listen to requests of the service desired and explain the inspections and service orders.
-Estimates the cost and time required to do the repair.
-Periodically checks on the progress of the vehicle during servicing and updates the client when the status updates.
-Promotes our service facility to encourage repeat business.
Requirements
-Must have experience as an automotive service advisor.
-Must have a valid driver's license.
-Good computer skills.
-Professional appearance
-Positive attitude.
-Desire to help others.
-Basic automotive knowledge
