Role Description The Automotive Service Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based at Infiniti South Edmonton in Edmonton, AB. This position serves as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department, greeting customers, understanding their vehicle concerns, and documenting service requests. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating repair orders, explaining recommended maintenance and repairs, obtaining approvals, and coordinating with technicians to ensure timely completion of work.

The Service

Advisor communicates service status updates, reviews invoices, and clearly explains work performed, costs,



and warranty coverage. The role also involves scheduling service appointments, maintaining accurate records, handling customer feedback, and supporting a positive, efficient service experience.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain positive long-term relationships.

Candidates should possess solid Communication skills, including transparent verbal and written communication and active listening.

Candidates should possess understanding of Vehicle Maintenance and Automotive Repair principles to effectively explain services and liaise with technicians.

Candidates should possess basic computer skills and familiarity with service management or dealership software.

Previous experience in an automotive service advisor or related customer-facing role is preferred.

Ability to work on-site full time, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and manage priorities with attention to detail.

Knowledge of Infiniti or other luxury automotive brands is an asset, along with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
