Responsibilities include reviewing documents, liaising with various stakeholders, and managing court-related activities. A minimum of two shifts per month is required, with flexible scheduling for pre-scheduled or on-call work. Key Responsibilities:
- Review and assess reports for evidentiary compliance
- Facilitate criminal case management between parties
- Confirm warrants and arrange prisoner remands
- Process prisoner releases and complete court documents
- Liaise with crown counsel and court registry.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 completion with related courses
- Minimum five years of relevant experience
- Obtain SPS Security Clearance and RCMP Reliability Status
- Flexibility in work hours, including shifts on weekends
- Solid understanding of criminal law and procedures.
