About the Rol eWe are looking for a Senior Data Engineer (AWS + Python ) to architect, automate, and scale our enterprise data platform. In this hybrid role based in Toronto, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to build high-throughput data pipelines, enforce data governance, and integrate Generative A I technologies into contemporary data solutions

- .Governance & Quality : Enforce data quality frameworks, compliance, and lineage across enterprise datasets

- .GenAI Innovation : Integrate Generative A I models/tools into data workflows for schema mapping, data enrichment, and process automation
- .Performance Tuning : Monitor,



scale, and optimize query and compute performance across Redshift and Spark platforms

.Must-Have Qualification

- s7–10 year s of hands-on Data Engineering experience

- .Strong AWS Native Expertise : Hands-on mastery of Glue, EMR, Redshift, Kinesis, and S3
- .Python & SQL : Advanced proficiency in Python (for ETL/automation) and complex SQL query optimization
- .Data Quality & Governance : Solid foundation in data security, data lineage, and quality frameworks
- .Degree : Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

.Nice-to-Haves / Preferre

- dPractical experience applying Generative AI / LLM s in data pipeline solutions
- .Experience with NoSQL databases and data visualization tools (e.g., QuickSight, Tableau)
- .Familiarity with Machine Learning fundamentals and model data pipelines
