HLS Linen Service is a very large laundry facility and is looking to hire experienced (3) years minimum AZ drivers to work part time and full time to deliver to hotels and or hospitals in the ottawa and surrounding area. Please include your CVOR when applying. This is a unionized position. Must have covid vaccine.

Full time : Thursday to Monday 3 pm to midnight

Responsibilities

- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport freight and materials to designated locations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in valuable working condition.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of freight during transit.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, routes taken, and deliveries made.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while on the road.
- Assist with basic automotive repairs as needed to ensure vehicle reliability.
- Operate forklifts or other heavy equipment when required for loading or unloading tasks.

Pay: $29.04 per hour
