This is a seasonal position beginning September 2026 and concluding December 31, 2026.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Setting up and clearing function rooms; ensuring requirements are correct as per the Banquet Event Order (B.E.O.).
- Polishing cutlery and glassware and setting tables for meal service.
- Greet conveyors and guests in the function rooms.
- Serving and clearing meals.
- Providing ongoing service while clearing cutlery, plates, etc…from previous courses.
- Answering general guest questions and addressing concerns.
- Communication any concerns regarding food quality to Banquet Manager/Assistant.
- Complete side duty and cleaning lists as required.
- Perform all duties in a safe manner according to established protected work practices.
- Report any accidents, injuries, near misses and/or hazardous conditions.
- Other related duties as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Professional appearance and demeanor.




- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable and punctual, and able to work without supervision.
- Organized and able to work cooperatively and effectively with other associates.
- Must be minimum 18 years of age for the purpose of serving alcohol.
- Preference will be given to candidates with banquet service experience.
- Preference will be given to candidates with ProServe Certification

HOURS OF WORK: Days of the week vary according to business levels. Shift can range between 5:00am - 2:00am; weekends and holidays required. REPORTS TO: Assistant Outlets Manager, Director of Food & Beverage
