Responsibilities

- Provide skilled hair cutting, styling, trimming, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences and lifestyle.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Engage with clients through active communication to understand their needs, offer styling suggestions, and build lasting relationships.
- Promote retail products by identifying client needs and upselling suitable hair care or grooming items to enhance their experience.
- Manage front desk duties such as greeting clients,



scheduling appointments, and handling payments efficiently.
- Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and product knowledge to continuously improve skills.
- Assist in maintaining a positive salon atmosphere by fostering teamwork and providing excellent customer service at all times.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a barber or stylist with a strong portfolio of hair styling work.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with diverse clients and team members.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining a clean workspace.
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently while prioritizing client satisfaction.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage appointments efficiently at the front desk.
- Passion for hair styling, grooming trends, and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Valid licensing or certification required by local regulations for practicing as a barber or stylist.
