- Experience with men’s cuts, fades, tapers, beard trims, and styling
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional, reliable, and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently while being a team player
- Barbering license/certification preferred
- Existing clientele is an asset, but not required
