Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista and Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee, food and customer service, providing an exceptional experience for our guests. As a Barista/Server, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, drinks and food items, maintaining cleanliness in the café, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages and food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate coffee machines and equipment efficiently while ensuring proper maintenance and cleanliness.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage the cash register with precision.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the café area, equipment, and utensils.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, supplies, and food items.




- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines in all food handling and preparation tasks.

Skills

- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure safety and quality in food preparation.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks during busy periods.
- Previous experience in food service or cashiering is preferred but not required.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated when needed.
