Who You Are
- 2+ years in a high-volume café or bar environment — you know how to move behind the bar with a team.
- Detail-obsessed. "Good enough" isn't in your vocabulary.
- Emotionally intelligent — you can read a room, connect with guests, and educate without ego.
- Food Handlers Certification is a strong asset.
