Omai Tea is a locally owned bubble tea and Vietnamese café in Winnipeg. We take pride in serving high-quality beverages, fresh bánh mì, and creating a welcoming experience for every customer. We are passionate about great products, excellent service, and building a positive team culture.

We are currently looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve beverages including bubble tea, fruit tea, milk tea, slushes, Vietnamese coffee, and specialty drinks according to company standards
- Prepare bánh mì sandwiches, toppings, teas, and other ingredients for daily operations
- Process customer payments and operate the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all work areas, equipment, and customer spaces
- Assist with inventory, restocking, and daily store operations
- Follow food safety procedures and support opening, closing,



and cleaning duties

Qualifications

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a quick-paced environment
- Previous experience in food service, cafés, restaurants, or bubble tea shops is an asset, but not required
- Students are welcome to apply

Schedule

- Part-time position
- Day, evening, and weekend shifts available
- Flexible scheduling based on business needs

Compensation Starting from $16.00 per hour
