What you will need is a keen interest in coffee and service and a desire to learn. Mostly, though, the skills necessary to be a outstanding barista involve waking up early, day in and day out, and serving a community of customers and coworkers with kindness and hard work. A willingness to do that work - and the temperament needed to actually love doing it - are prerequisites. We look forward to hearing from you.
