From new installations and retrofits to preventive maintenance, we are a full-service BAS provider serving clients across the GTA and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities
- Represent Setpoint professionally on customer sites across the GTA
- Perform preventive maintenance visits on BAS systems controlling HVAC equipment
- Assist with service calls and troubleshooting tasks under senior technician supervision
- Assist in the installation of new BAS systems
- Complete online courses, in-person training sessions, and Reliable Controls product certification
- Complete accurate service reports to be shared with the customer
- Actively pursue growth toward independent service calls and a Senior Technician role
Qualifications
- 309A electrical apprenticeship preferred
- Strong computer skills — you will work with software daily
- Basic knowledge of HVAC and/or electrical systems
- Familiarity with computer networking basics (IP addressing, basic troubleshooting)
- Valid Ontario G driver's licence
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you represent us in office
- A genuine eagerness to learn — this is the most important qualification
- HVAC Technician or Technologist diploma is a strong asset
- Reliable Controls experience is an asset, but not required
