Role Description The Behaviour Therapist/RBA Supervisee is a part time, on-site role based in Markham. This role involves implementing ABA-based treatment plans, delivering 1:1 and small-group behavioral interventions, and supporting skill development in areas such as communication, social interaction, daily living, and emotional regulation.

The Behaviour

Therapist/RBA Supervisee will collect and record data on client progress, assist in functional behavior assessments,



and collaborate with supervising clinicians to adjust intervention strategies. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining detailed session documentation, communicating regularly with families and caregivers, and participating in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing training. The role also requires adherence to ethical guidelines, safety protocols, and organizational standards of care.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health to understand behavioral principles and client needs.
- At least two years of experience in working with children
- Relevant post-secondary education in psychology, behavior analysis, social work, or a related field.
- Training or supervised experience in applied behavior analysis (ABA), including data collection and behavior intervention.
- Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with families, schools, and colleagues.
- Strong observational skills, attention to detail, and capacity to follow structured treatment plans and supervision directions.
- Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and adhere to ethical and regulatory standards in behavior consulting.
- Being able to commute to clients' homes
