As a Corporate Operations Analyst at Bellwether, you'll manage portfolio operations and ensure a thorough client experience. This position requires a proactive approach and at least 2 years of experience in the financial services sector. Engage with diverse teams to improve operational processes and help our clients navigate complex situations effectively.
Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate financial statements and distributions • Facilitate foreign exchange transactions • Assist with onboarding and firm conversions • Administer the portfolio management system • Address client inquiries and requests
Requirements: • University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field • 2+ years of relevant experience • Strong skills in Excel, Harmony, and Bloomberg • Excellent stakeholder management abilities • CSC certification mandatory
